IDEMO Serbia Privacy Policy

Introduction

IDEMO Serbia ("IDEMO", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.

IDEMO has been designed around a Privacy-First and Local-First architecture. Most application functionality operates entirely on your device without requiring user registration or collecting personal information.

Wherever reasonably possible, information remains stored locally under your control.

Information We Collect

IDEMO does not require users to create an account or register before using the application.

During normal use, IDEMO does not collect or transmit personally identifiable information such as:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Account credentials

  • Payment information

Browsing recommendations, saved places, travel plans, Mood Orbit calibration, language preferences, search history, personalization settings and recommendation ranking signals are stored locally on your device.

These remain under your control unless you voluntarily choose to submit an Online Concierge Request.

Online Concierge Requests

Some features allow users to voluntarily request assistance from the IDEMO Concierge Service.

Submitting an Online Concierge Request is entirely optional.

When you intentionally submit such a request, IDEMO may collect only the information necessary to process and fulfil your request, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Preferred date or time

  • Concierge notes or special requests

  • Selected recommendation or itinerary reference

  • Consent information required for processing

This information is transmitted securely over encrypted HTTPS connections to IDEMO's secure backend solely for the purpose of arranging and fulfilling the requested concierge service.

Your Concierge Request information is never:

  • sold,

  • rented,

  • used for advertising,

  • shared with advertising networks,

  • used for behavioural profiling.

Location Services

If you grant location permission, IDEMO may access your device location to provide:

  • nearby recommendations,

  • distance calculations,

  • travel estimates,

  • walking routes,

  • navigation assistance.

Location permission is entirely optional.

IDEMO does not build user movement profiles.

Raw location history is not retained by IDEMO servers and is never sold or used for advertising.

Camera Access

IDEMO may request access to your device camera to scan QR codes associated with attractions, destinations, events or travel information.

Camera access is activated only when initiated by you.

Images used for QR scanning are processed solely to perform the requested scan and are not uploaded to IDEMO servers or shared with third parties.

Local Device Storage

To improve your experience, IDEMO stores information locally on your own device whenever reasonably possible.

This may include:

  • language preferences,

  • saved recommendations,

  • travel plans,

  • Mood Orbit calibration,

  • personalization settings,

  • recommendation ranking signals,

  • interface preferences,

  • application settings.

This information remains under your control and may be removed at any time by clearing the application's local storage or uninstalling the application.

Analytics

IDEMO does not use:

  • Google Analytics

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Meta Pixel

  • Mixpanel

  • Segment

  • advertising SDKs

  • behavioural profiling services

Operational diagnostics required for application functionality remain stored locally on your device unless necessary to process a Concierge Request that you explicitly submit.

IDEMO does not collect advertising identifiers or behavioural analytics.

Advertising

IDEMO does not display third-party advertising.

The application does not participate in advertising networks and does not use advertising identifiers for marketing purposes.

Push Notifications

IDEMO does not send marketing notifications.

If optional notifications are introduced in future versions, users will be asked for permission through the operating system and may disable notifications at any time.

Third-Party Services

The application may provide links to external services such as:

  • Google Maps

  • transportation providers

  • booking services

  • partner websites

  • Instagram

  • other external resources.

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

IDEMO is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or applications.

Data Sharing

IDEMO does not sell personal information.

IDEMO does not share personal information with advertisers, marketing companies, advertising networks or data brokers.

Information submitted through an Online Concierge Request is processed solely for arranging and fulfilling the requested service.

Information may be disclosed only where required by applicable law.

User Rights and Data Deletion

Users who voluntarily submitted an Online Concierge Request may request deletion or anonymisation of their submitted personal information at any time.

Please include the email address or phone number used when submitting your request.

Following reasonable verification, IDEMO will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise the corresponding Concierge Request records unless retention is required by applicable law.

Most requests are processed within 30 days.

International Users

IDEMO may be accessed worldwide.

The application is designed to minimize data collection and to process information locally whenever reasonably possible.

Children's Privacy

IDEMO is intended for a general audience.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that such information has been collected contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.

The latest version will always be published together with its "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of IDEMO after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Users may request deletion or anonymisation of personal information submitted through Online Concierge Requests, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Concierge request notes

  • Preferred visit date or time

  • Associated inquiry records

  • Related contact information

Preferences, saved recommendations, travel plans and Mood Orbit settings stored only on your own device are not stored by IDEMO servers. These may be removed at any time by clearing the application's local storage or uninstalling the application.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Concierge Request information:

  1. Send an email to idemoconsierge@gmail.com.

  2. Use the subject line:

  1. Include the email address or phone number used when submitting your Concierge Request.

  2. Include any additional information that helps identify the request.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, IDEMO may request reasonable verification before deleting personal information to ensure that requests cannot be made by unauthorized individuals.

What Happens Next

Once your request has been verified, IDEMO will:

  • permanently delete the corresponding Concierge Request records, or

  • irreversibly anonymise the records where deletion is not technically or legally appropriate.

Most verified requests are completed within 30 days.

Exceptions

Certain information may be retained only where required by applicable law, legal obligations, fraud prevention or the resolution of legal disputes.

Local Device Data

Information stored exclusively on your own device—including saved recommendations, travel plans, language preferences, Mood Orbit calibration and personalization settings—is not stored on IDEMO servers.

You may remove this information at any time by:

  • clearing the application's local storage, or

  • uninstalling the application.

Wherever reasonably possible, your information remains on your own device, under your control, and any personal information voluntarily provided for concierge services is handled transparently, securely and only for its intended purpose.
